What to Expect

When you reach out, you'll hear directly from our team, not an automated system. We'll take time to understand your child's age, current knowledge level, and what you're hoping to achieve through financial education.

If you're considering one of our programs, we're happy to answer questions about content, format, scheduling, and how we adapt to different learning styles. We can also provide references from other Glasgow families who have been through our programs.

For school partnerships, we'll schedule a more detailed consultation to discuss your institution's specific needs and how we can tailor our curriculum to fit.

Where We Teach

Our group sessions take place at venues across Glasgow, primarily in the West End and city center. We choose accessible, comfortable spaces that are easy to reach by public transport or car.

For one-to-one coaching, we offer both in-person sessions (at our office or a mutually convenient location) and online sessions via video call.

School partnerships are delivered on-site at your institution.

Common Questions

How do I know which program is right for my child?

Age is the primary factor, but we also consider your child's current knowledge and learning preferences. Email us with your child's age and any specific goals, and we'll recommend the best fit.

Can siblings attend together?

If they're close in age and within the same program's age range, yes. The Family Financial Workshop is specifically designed for multi-child families with varying ages.

What if my child misses a session?

We provide catch-up materials and can arrange brief one-to-one time to ensure they stay on track. For extended absences, we can discuss options including transferring to the next cohort.

Do you offer payment plans?

For programs over £200, we can arrange split payments. Contact us to discuss options.

Are your programs accredited?

While we're not a formal qualification program, our curriculum aligns with Money and Pensions Service guidance and best practices in financial education. Participants in Teen Money Mastery receive a certificate of completion.
