Our programs are designed for children and teenagers aged 7-18. Registration for programs must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Permitted Use

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Program Registration and Participation

Registration

When registering for a program, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Payment

Payment for programs is due at the time of registration unless alternative arrangements have been made. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before a program start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before start will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before start are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be provided.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and appropriately. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of twisty-foam or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Program materials provided to participants are for personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The website will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The website is free from viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability
